Equipped with an MBA in International Business from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and a Business Diploma from Charis Business School I add value to brainstorming and planning an effective business plan which is crucial for any start-up. I lead and manage Hearty Growers and we are currently undergoing a major transition from vertically cultivating fresh exotic mushrooms as urban farmers to developing a circular and sustainable urban farm kitchen within the Agri-Food/Hospitality industry. From discussing vital farming operation bits to sourcing spawn, substrates (growing medium), grow conditions, market's supply and demand, and dealing with restaurants, trade and greengrocers in wholesale, I offer consultation on a broad range of topics. I can provide insight into customer types and audiences, collaborations, retail setup, value-added products, and innovation. Our sessions can be conducted online or in person, with a minimum of two hours, half-day (4 Hours), or a full day (7 hours).
