Presenting a Truffle Parmesan & Oyster Mushroom Risotto.
🍚 risotto rice
🌰 truffle oil (got mine in @lidlni)
🍷 white wine stock (or veg stock & some white wine)
🍄 @heartygrowers mushrooms
Here are some instructions, she writes, ''I fried off my finely chopped garlic and shallots in a little oil.
Added my risotto rice. Then slowly started to incorporate my white wine stock until the rice was cooked.
I wanted to treat the mushrooms with love so I delicately tore them and fried in a separate pan. I added a few to the Risotto itself but mainly dressed them on top of the dish. I grated a generous portion of parmesan and good drizzle of truffle oil in at the end, then served topped with the mushrooms''.
We just love this simple and delicious dish.
