Oyster Mushrooms, Rainbow Chard & Spring Onions

A super simple and light yet healthy and delicious dinner put together by Judit Vaz.


Judy harvested these Shroomies from our grow kit moments before they got tossed into the pan! She sautéed these oyster mushies in olive oil and Biruk’s spring onions from Hahu Organics along with some dried herbs.




She then added rainbow chard stalks, all organically grown within The Walled Garden Helens Bay, followed by their leaves a few minutes later.. wrapped it all up with salt, pepper and balsamic glaze.. 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾
