From mental breakdown to urban farmer, a family takes to mushroom growing out of the pandemic

When the global pandemic caused travel agent Terry Vaz to be furloughed he had a mental breakdown. As a way to find happiness and get well he began volunteering at an organic market garden. Six months later he's reborn as an urban farmer with his wife and commercially grows his own mushrooms .
